The company has hired Kim-anaka Baillie to the role. Baillie has a wealth of experience in the financial services sector, information technology, sales and operations.
Before joining NZFSG, Baillie worked as a business process analyst. Before that, she spent over 15 years at Cigna New Zealand, with an eight-year spell as the company's adviser distribution operations manager.
Baillie's experience also includes a five-year spell at ASB Bank, as well as an adviser technology support role at Sovereign, according to her LinkedIn account.
NZFSG said in a statement: "We are very pleased to welcome Kim-anaka Baillie to the wider NZFSG/Loan Market Team. Kimmi will take on the role of Head of Customer Experience. As the industry moves closer to the new regulatory environment, NZFSG recognises the requirement to ensure that we are resourced accordingly, to ensure our members are well placed to take on the new changes both now and heading into the future."
Baillie will be based in the company's Auckland office and has already started her new role. She will work with Malcolm Scott to assist the business's network on compliance matters.
