Church, who established Resimac's New Zealand operations will leave the business later this week. Her new role is undisclosed at the moment but it is understood to be another Australian company in the lending area.
It is not a non-bank lender which competes with Resimac.
Church has been with the business for seven years, during that time she has has "led the New Zealand business through a period of tremendous success and growth," Resimac chief executive Scott McWilliam said in a statement.
"She has built an experienced and committed team, and the growth New Zealand has experienced over the last few years is a testament to their effectiveness and passion for the business. While we are sad to see Adrienne go, we are very pleased for her as she is taking on an exciting new opportunity."
"Resimac New Zealand is an important part of the Resimac Group business and plays a key role in our strategy. The New Zealand team has full support from myself, senior executives and the Board and we are focused on growth, the future and providing more opportunities for staff, advisers and borrowers."
