Mortgage Express hires ex-ANZ banker

It comes after Mortgage Express New Zealand recently signed a partnership deal with Australian financial services group Astute Financial. 

Marks specialises in retail lending and spent more than 5 years as a mobile mortgage manager in the Wellington region. She has more than 30 years of experience at the banking group, and also spent three years with a trustee company, specialising in family estates. 

Marks is tasked with helping first home buyers and investors in the Wellington and Wairarapa region with residential property lending advice, MX said in a statement. 

Marks started her new role on 1 November,
