Mortgage Express targets China with Auckland hire

Before joining Mortgage Express Gong ran his own export business. He has two years of experience in the mortgage advisory industry, Mortgage Express said. 

Gong is fluent in English and Mandarin and will serve local and Chinese clients on commercial and residential properties. Gong will also focus on first time buyers, refinancing and solutions for credit impaired lenders. 

Gong also has experience as a property investor. He adds: "I understand that the process and procedure for obtaining lending can be complex.
