ANZ has decreased three rates and added one new special. Its standard two and three year rates are down six and 10 points respectively. Likewise it has lowered its two-year Special rate six points to 4.69% It's new rate is a three-year Special of 4.99%. The changes put it on par with its bank competitors. Here is the table sorted on two-year rates, lowest to highest.
In other changes Housing NZ has lowered some rates.
