Mortgage Express adds another adviser

Mortgage Express is pleased to announce the appointment of Cristina Simeonidis as mortgage and insurance adviser.

Simeonidis joined the mortgage and insurance industry in 2009, having completed her training as an insurance adviser and going on to become an RFA. In 2013, she trained as a mortgage adviser specialising in construction lending, achieving accreditation as a mortgage adviser with Strategi in 2016.

Experienced at working with a large panel of lenders, Simeonidis has first-hand knowledge of the various lending criteria and processes involved in each application.

In 2013, Simeonidis was awarded the Sovereign Apex Silver Award for outstanding performance and quality of service to clients, one of only 80 insurance advisers nationwide to receive the award that year.

“I work transparently and am straight with my clients. I strive to find the right solution for every problem and use the resources and relationships I have to find the best solution,” Simeonidis says.

Simeonidis will be providing advice around residential and construction lending.
