I know there are some BDM's of insurers out there who approved her agency agreements in spite of past indiscretions. Sadly, another example of potential new business driving decision-making. Perhaps the time has come to establish an industry database of advisers whose agencies have been cancelled.

100% correct Brian. The main insurer she dealt with is owned by a major bank. This bank was actually the first lender to pull her mortgage broking agreement and yet the insurer was happy to keep dealing with her still! Heck they sent her to Hawaii one year.

To add insult to injury the dispute resolution provider she joined didn't have an issue with her becoming a member despite that fact that none of the main banks would deal with her.

An industry database of advisers who agencies have been cancelled would be a good idea and perhaps for those advisers who also do mortgages the status of their mortgage broking agreements should be shared also.

Hopefully she'll get locked up for a year or more for her criminally and morally wrongful doings to clients and to our industry. And that will do her good to also help her lose some of that huge amount of fat she must of gained from spending other people's money!!
