The AI in Advice Certificate starts on 24 October and delivers 25 accredited CPD hours. Its modules cover prompt engineering, client engagement automation, content marketing, and business systems.
It was developed in response to global research from the Financial Planning Standards Board, which showed that 78% of advisers believe AI will help them better serve clients. 41% already use it for client communications including onboarding and follow-ups.
Nick Hakes, CEO of Financial Advice New Zealand said: “AI is no longer a competitive advantage - it's a necessity.”
