Your Role: As a Mortgage Adviser, you’ll:

• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique goals.

• Provide tailored lending solutions using your knowledge of NZ lenders.

• Prepare and submit high-quality mortgage applications.

• Negotiate interest rates and terms with lenders.

• Manage loan rollovers and refix options.

• Maintain client records using CRM tools and support ongoing communication.

What You’ll Bring:

• NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5 – Residential Property Lending).

• Proven experience in mortgage lending (advisory firm or bank).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A client-first mindset with ethical, personalised advice.

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, AI tools preferred).
