MPM finally gets new GM

Liberty has appointed a new general manager to the Mike Pero group nine months after the former GM left.

Lenska Papich, who has been involved with Liberty for a number of years, has been appointed Mike
Pero Mortgages general manager.

Papich will begin leading the franchise this week.

Chief executive Aaron Skilton said Papich not only understands the 35-year-old business, but also the significant opportunity to differentiate through sales and marketing.

“We have a strong, iconic brand and network of businesses who will benefit from Lenska’s franchise background and determined focus on sales, marketing and delivering value for advisers,” he said.

Papich said she has a genuine passion for franchise businesses, particularly in the financial services space.

“Franchise owners have my upmost respect. They are the ones who work with our clients every day to support and advise in key life moments. They are the true heart of any franchise and the key to great customer outcomes and improved performance. I’m excited to apply this lens to officially joining the Mike Pero team.”

Papich was the acting general manager of Mike Pero Real Estate after the company was sold to Raine and Horne in 2023.

Former general manager Rob Klenner left the role in September last year.
