Thérèse Singleton, who is currently the chief operating officer at insurance company Ando has joined the NZFSG board.
She rounds out the board which is made up of NZFSG executives and representatives of majority shareholder Ray White.
The other board members are former CEO Brendon Smith, Loan Market adviser Bruce Patten and Loan Market NZ CEO Brian Greer. Its Australian board members are Sam White, Andrew Jamson and Ewen Stafford.
The company says the diverse team "strengthens the board’s overall capability to guide NZFSG through its next phase of growth and innovation."
Singleton has held senior legal and management roles at AMP and Resolution Life. She is a current member of the NZ Financial Advice Code Committee.
