The company is planting 21 trees in New Zealand for each of its employees in New Zealand.
It will then be replicated on behalf of the company's employees in Australia and the Philippines.
The company chief executive Mario Rehayem says the aim is "to create a legacy for Pepper Money's people, customers, and partners.”
The scheme includes planting Kauri on Great Barrier Island.
It is being done in partnership with a nature organisation, Trees that Count.
Pepper Money is headquartered in Sydney and is listed on the ASX.
