ANZ relaxes apartment lending criteria; Nelson Building Society cuts rates

ANZ has relaxed its rules for apartment lending as banks look to support higher density accommodation in New Zealand: [READ ON]

Nelson Building Society has cut rates this morning. Its one year fixed rate falls to 2.99%, a reduction of 21 basis points.
