Brenda Dixon is the latest hire at Avanti, joining as a specialist property lender on the North Island.
“Brenda brings a wealth of knowledge to the role from her various positions within property, finance and the banking industries,” Avanti said.
Dixon has worked for the past 20 years for first tier, mezzanine, and private equity funders as well as for developers, "which has given her a broad range of experience into the workings of the property industry in various environments", the lender said.
Dixon follows recent appointment Andy Eastgate, who joined the firm in Christchurch in the past month.
The firm also confirmed Julia Winterbottom as head of property, a newly-created role.
