LVR limits tipped to return for investors next year; ASB 18 month rate cut

The odds of LVR restrictions returning for investors next year are "fairly high" due to the strength of the residential property market, according to economist Tony Alexander: [READ ON]

ASB has slashed its 18-month home loan rate to 2.49% down from 2.65%. It's the cheapest 18-month loan in the market alongside SBS's.
