An interim report into banking, superannuation and financial services highlighted endemic misconduct within Australia's banking sector, spanning mortgage lending, commissions, and bonus targets.
The report is likely to recommend a ban on mortgage adviser trail commission, yet any legal changes will be required to go through the Australian parliament.
