Here is a statement from ANZ: "To celebrate the success of the New Zealand Commonwealth Games Team, we're making changes to our ANZ home loan interest rates. Introducing our limited time Special Gold Medal Home Loan rate effective Saturday 14 April, 2018. Offer ends Monday 30 April."

How big is the Special? 10 basis points.
