New BDM for Avanti Finance

Avanti Finance has appointed Richard Speir as its new property business development manager for East and South Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty.

Speir brings more than 40 years’ experience across a range of functions, including banking, treasury and marketing, and has extensive leadership experience.

Ian Boyce, General Manager Property, says; “Richard’s experience and the results he’s achieved over the years are just what we were looking for. With Richard on board, the team will go from strength to strength, helping our introducers continue to grow their businesses and get more New Zealanders into homes they can call their own.”
