About the Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who enjoys working with people, to join us as a Senior Financial Adviser. As a Senior Financial Adviser, you will have a passion for helping protect people’s Lives, livelihoods health and family.
You will support a small team of trainee Financial Advisers by working one on one with them.
You will also guide them through the adviser process to assist clients with understanding the advice you are giving.
A large part of this role involves coaching and mentoring a group of diverse Financial Advisers remotely and assisting them with gaining their own Level 5 certification.
This role is completely unique in the industry and is more about mentoring and guidance of others than you needing to find your own clients.
About You
We are looking for a talented person who has a passion for success, has a strong business acumen and wishes to join a team of like-minded individuals.
We are particularly interested in those from a banking background use to advising around Life, Health and Risk Protection.
You will have previous experience in a Financial Adviser role, hold or be nearing completion of your Level 5 Financial Services Certification and are looking to develop your experience in a growing market.
