We're on the look out for an experienced BDM who is the true blend of a hunter, and a farmer. This role is unique due to the account management opportunities where the successful candidate will nurture existing relationships, as well as scope the market and grow the lead and client databases.
You will take on an established network of loyal advisors with the ability to grow this space with provided warm leads, but also using your strong networking skills, local knowledge, and contact base to grow the introducer pool across the South Island.
Travel is crucial in this role, therefore tools of the trade will be provided including car allowance and domestic flights & accommodation.
With experience in a financial sales environment at Territory level, you've got an overall awareness of quality and standards, along with an understanding of property finance and a finger on the market pulse.
Participation in professional body seminars and training along with your self-planned call schedule and face to face visit plans will see you succeed in taking our specialist mortgage business to the next level while being on the lookout for referral opportunities to other parts of our business.
