Ajay Kumar has been acknowledged by ASB Bank as having the highest settlement volume of any mortgage broker in the 12 months to the end of June. Neither ASB, nor his company would disclose what volume of loans were written in this period.
This is the third, consecutive time he has been the biggest broker writer for the bank.
His company, Global Finance, recently also won the Deloitte Fast50 award for the fastest growing Mature Business (i.e. a business more than 15 years old) in Auckland and Upper North Island.
Global Finance is now arranging mortgages at a rate of about $1 billion annually.
